oh, and as for where it comes from, when you take a picture on an iphone it embeds the long and lat into the image. pretty cool.

I believe that he was serious when he said he was blogging way up in 40,000ft, some airlines do allow wi-fi & celly now. I think its mostly European airlines, don't know about American ones, don't think so.
